When: 10am -12 noon; break at 11:15 allows those who want to stay for a shorter time to leave.
Meditation on the breath, walking meditation, and loving kindness meditation in short alternating periods with instruction.
Please bring several cushions and a blanket or yoga mat. You may also use a chair.
