An exciting new university is in the planning stages in East Africa. Committed to social justice and contributing to enfranchising that part of the world, it aims to change the game in education for the region. Jan will share some of her experiences as she worked much of last year with this exciting team in Nairobi, Kenya.

February 26, 2012 - Wild Unitarian
"The Wild Unitarian" Rev. Charles Potter was minister of Edmonton's fledgling Unitarian church from 1914-16. A decade later he was a media darling in New York City and part of Clarence Darrow's defence team at the Scopes Monkey Trial. Susan Ruttan will share Potter's story and his often radical views.
