Stewardship at Westwood
What is Stewardship?
The Stewardship Team invites you to consider your contribution to Westwood's stewardship and how you can take part in Community Nurturing and Renewal.
Campaign
The stewarship campaign is our annual drive for volunteer and monetary contributions.
The following documents are related to the campaign:
- Annual Stewardship Pledge form (.doc)
- Pre-Authorized Debit Agreement form (.doc)
- Time and Talent Connections - Overview of Volunteer Opportunities (.pdf)
By now, you should have received your Stewardship package in the mail. Please review your materials and submit your pledge form before the March 31 deadline.
Dollars and sense
The financial target for 2010-11 is $143,000. Westwood's budget is explained in the new edition of the Dollars & Sense brochure.
The Westwood board has endorsed new budget requests this year to strengthen key programs like children and youth (CYRE) and music. These requests, and other new initiatives, are reflected in the 2010/2011 budget proposal.
Enduring Value
As you reflect on your role as a Westwood steward, please consider Westwood's enduring value in your life, and on-going importance to the congregation and the greater Edmonton community. The Westwood board has endorsed new budget requests this year to strengthen key programs like children and youth (CYRE) and Music. These requests, and other new initiatives, are reflected in the 2010/2011 budget proposal (see Dollars and Sense brochure in your package for more information, or link on this page).
We sincerely thank you for contributions to Westwood, past, present and future,
Gord Grant and Kevin Fitzgerald
