Topic: THE CRACKED CUP

Liz James was half way through Ministerial formation when she realized she was on track to be a truly mediocre Minister at best. Rather than try to fit into the thing she was failing at, she began the painful process of trying to figure out a path that was a better fit. What began as a practical joke became an experiment, and then became a 40,000 person religious community. How do you find your way when you keep ending up in the ditch?

There is an opportunity for ‘social time’ in break-out rooms following the service – a time to connect with friends old and new.

Our 2020-2021 Westwood Theme is FORWARD MOTION.  October is “EMERGENCE”.

Guest Speaker: Liz James

Service Leader: Reverend Anne Barker

Musicians: Carrie Day & Rebecca Patterson

Service Techs: Ilara Stefaniuk-Gaudet & Bill Lee
