Sunday Service – Dead Reckoning: Navigating the Uncertain Waters of Change
A compassionate community of free religious thought, inviting all people to rest, grow, and serve the world.

Did you know? Change is a kind of death. It’s the death of what was familiar, comfortable, and known. Whether it’s a new job, a move, retirement, or any other Big Life Change, we experience losses worth grieving, even when the change is positive.
In this short talk, Gina will explore why change is uncomfortable, why we need to give ourselves and others permission to mourn what was lost, and how to navigate change using practical tools, seasonal wisdom, and maybe a bit of humour.
