Wednesdays 8:45 to 10:00 am
9 sessions – April 2 to May 28, 2025
Move the body, breathe and settle the mind. This class offers yoga asana (poses), pranayama (breath work) and meditation to help you bring awareness and peace to your life. Steve Bell is a certified 500-hour (Yoga Association of Alberta) teacher.
