֎ Sunday, May 25 – Annual General Meeting
Stay for a catered lunch after the service and then participate in this important meeting of the Westwood Unitarian Society. There is a motion to change one of the society’s bylaws, so it’s important to have a good showing of voting Members.
֎ Sunday, June 1 – Soup & Bannock – Beyond Land Acknowledgements
Beatrice Demetrius, will be the last speaker of this series. We are honoured to have her here at Westwood where she will share “Stories From the Métis Culture”. Tickets are $5 and available HERE from Eventbrite
֎ Saturday, June 8 – Nursery Rejuvenation
Botox isn’t just for actors – the Nursery needs a little cosmetic work! On this Potluck Sunday, please lend a hand for a few minutes to help make this space more inviting.
֎ Saturday, June 21 – Summer Solstice Celebration (HELP NEEDED)
Your help is needed to make this event happen – please contact Margret to help with planning and logistics.
֎ Sunday, July 20 – Lewis Cardinal guided walk at kihcihkaw-askî Sacred Land

֎ Free Food Pantry at Westwood
The Food Not Bombs Edmonton free food pantry will be installed over the summer on a trial basis – we’ll see how it goes!

Thank you to Mitch for installing the Automatic Emergency Defibrillator in the Sanctuary. This life-saving device is designed to work interactively with a rescuer in the event of a cardiac arrest by providing spoken instructions.
