Topic: What is Unitarian Universalism: Deepening Our Personal Perspectives

Deepening our own personal perspectives, here at Westwood and the wider community, we examined the history and development of this liberal faith and how it is practiced.

This service partly included shared conversations.

Following this service was Westwood’s traditional Second-Sunday Potluck.

Margret Schubert has been a Unitarian at heart, but didn’t actually know it until she got married. She loves to grow half of her family’s yearly produce in her backyard while providing habitat for native plants and animals. She sings in the Westwood choir, Harmonia, assists with Art Playshop and lends a helping hand wherever needed. She is a “pretend retired” elementary school teacher, who is still kept very busy substitute teaching.

Speaker: Margret Schubert
Service Leader: Dawn Hunter
Musician: Rebecca Patterson
Techs: Bill Lee, Julie Phillips, Lorian Kennedy
